| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
Duties include, but are not limited to: responsible for children/youth ages 8-21, ( a group of 6-8) socially, working a team with other leaders and organizers, initiative , regular night security checks, comfortable for leaving Halifax on some occasions, and willing to work with youth assistant leader.
Fast paced, high pressure environment, constant attention to the group of youth, able to work in a team and attend daily meetings. |

High School, Some counseling training, Experience in working with children and youth (2 years), efficient and able to take initiative, committed and open minded, Post High School diplomas/degrees in any subject a bonus, Comfortable with leading a team, working with different instructors, taking initiative, and working with direction, First Aid Certificate Required |
| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
Duties are include but are not limited to: Responsible for the overall running of the week long camp activities, supervising activities for all youth, running meetings with camp leaders and assistant camp leaders at the camp, leading various workshops during training and at the camp, making sure schedules are followed, and any other duties as the Camp Director may see fit.

Experience with working with youth, leading groups of people, preferably a post graduate degree or diploma, worked in a camp environment, familiar with maritime centre for african dance policies, |
| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
Able to work in a highly paced environment, relate to children, youth aged 8 and over.
Should be able to manage a team of assistant camp leaders and camp leaders.
Also responsible for working with co-ordinate to efficiently manage the camp. able to problem solve,
responsible for overseeing overall camp, using company policies to camp emergencies among children, youth, camp leaders and assistant camp leaders.
Also efficiency in filing paper reports, incident reports, schedule meetings with co-ordinate, camp leaders and assistant leaders
Able to work with instructors, schedule events, and co-ordinate menu with cook
Able to work with parents
